All orders will usually be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday not including weekends and bank holidays). The postage costs are shown at the checkout. This also covers postage and packaging materials.

We hope you love your Boo Designed purchase, but if you require an exchange or refund please get in touch with Customer Services at info@boodesigned.com. To be eligible for a full refund, your item(s) must be returned back to us within 14 days from the date you received your purchase. 

We ask that any items to be exchanged/refunded must be returned to us with all the original packaging and in an unused condition (with the exception of faulty items).
